Seoul Bird was created by Judy Joo and Andrew Hales, who have worked together for over 10 years, and created a number of exciting restaurants in London and abroad. Inspired by both Judy’s Korean-American heritage and the duo's food tours across South Korea, Seoul Bird is built on the foundations of Korean cooking and flavours.
Fresh, fast, and flavoursome, all of our food is made to order. We only work with the best suppliers, and use high quality ingredients. We serve real food with real flavour. We don’t use unhealthy chemical additives, or any processed pre-made sauces.
Our chicken comes from high welfare farms, and is certified halal. Our sauces, salads, and batter are all made in house by hand, with bespoke recipes, that we have perfected over the years.
Our ‘Seoul Birds’, are double fried, and famed for being addictively crispy, with a crispy addictive crust on the outside, and delectably juicy on the inside. Put simply, it’s Korean fried chicken at its best.

Our acclaimed fried chicken tossed in our savory homemade sauces and nuzzled into a toasted pillowy potato bun. The Kimchi Chick, as well will get your mouth watering, with its spicy, tangy, crunchy fresh toppings. And, vegans have a special treat with our ultimate Tindle burger, chicken made from plants. Meat lovers alike will definitely enjoy this plant based and sustainable burger slathered in our homemade signature sauce and vegan mayo.
